We offer Smoking and Barbecue Training Classes for the experienced and beginner alike. We have a lot of fun and valuable hands on training. We cover all aspects of cooking, smoking and barbecue. From Starting the fire and the best woods to use to making your own special secret sauces and rubs that will give your Barbecue that signature taste.
We offer Barbecue Training Classes For the individual or we will train your whole team. We are filling and scheduling classes now so email us or call us to find out class schedules.
If you buy one of our Barbecue Concession Trailers you can take one of our team training classes at know charge. If you would like to take the Barbecue Training Classes without purchasing one of our Barbecue Concession Trailers The charge to you is $249.99 per person or $399.99 per team ( 2 to 3 people ). A non refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve your individual spot in a training class or $100.00 for a team entry. Call to reserve your spot.
